GeneralParkinson's disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the loss of dopamine-producing neurons in the brain. This leads to motor symptoms including tremors, rigidity, bradykinesia (slowness of movement), and postural instability. Non-motor symptoms such as cognitive impairment, mood changes, and autonomic dysfunction may also occur. There are several factors that cause Parkinson's disease.
