Fitness instructor mistook cancer sign as burnout
GeneralA fitness instructor from Georgia was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer when he was 20 year old. The man was diagnosed with late-stage non-Hodgkin's lymphoma last year but he mistook the symptoms as burnout, reported the DailyMail. He visited the doctor in October 2021 and was diagnosed with mononucleosis, or 'mono,' which is caused by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Later, after rounds of tests, he was diagnosed with the rare and fatal cancer.
